Mal f\u00fchrte am 9. Mai der Supermarathon\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0beim Rennsteiglauf in Th\u00fcringen\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00fcber 73,9 km und \u00fcber 1500 m H\u00f6henmeter von Eisenach nach Schmiedefeld. Mit dem ebenfalls angebotenen Halbmarathon und Marathon ist er der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Crosslauf Europas mit einer Mischung aus Waldwegen, Trailstrecken und Asphalt. Start des Supermarathons war in Eisenach um 6 Uhr bei frischen Temperaturen, \u00fcber den Tag herrschte aber angenehmes L\u00e4uferwetter. Dabei war auch Thomas I\u00dfler von der TSG Schnaitheim. Er st\u00fcrzte leider bei seiner vierten Teilnahme recht fr\u00fch im Rennen, biss dann aber auf die Z\u00e4hne und kam mit Sch\u00fcrfwunden in 07:48:32 h ins Ziel bei Schmiedefelde eingelaufen. Er erreichte den 22. Platz in der seiner Altersklasse und den 252.
